Big or small, elaborate or simply functional, GS Precision Construction Inc can build you the shed or outbuilding you need.
Shown here are siding options such as Hardiplank fiber cement lap siding, Douglas fir 3/4" T-111 siding, or 29 gauge tin (with baked on silicone modified poylester paint available in 15 different colors).  The two sheds at right both have a 2868 exterior double bore door with threshold, whereas the shed at left has a 4'0" sliding barn door with heavy duty locking catch.  All three sheds shown here have been built on a 4" 3000 PSI concrete slab with poured in place anchors, however sheds can be built atop pressure treated skids (which gives you the option to later move the shed around). Other options to consider are with or without eaves, gutters, and downspouts (we always recommend all three), windows, built in shelving, insulation, and electrical outlets/lights.

  




Shown here is a all pressure treated framework of 4x6 post and beam with diagonal support to resist lateral movement.  Eave ledger support is more than adequately secured to rafter tails and existing  facia board. Roofing material is poylcarbonate Suntuff roofing, which offers long term weather and UV resistance. Suntuff is available in clear, smoke (shown), white, grey, green and black.  		 

 


Not only adding protection from the harsh summer sun and winter rains, nothing accents the front of your home quite like a new front porch cover.  Shown here are two variations of our classic eight post sunburst design, the first (left side) in a rustic style with stained verticle grain posts, colorful river rock bases, a vaulted ceiling covered with beautiful tounge and groove cedar, and finished off with a hanging chandelier. The second (upper right) with all primed and painted post and beam, a very sturdy 6x12x22' front beam, two toned and brick wrap base, an exposed vaulted A/C plywood  painted ceiling, all tied into an existing/modified deck.  
The final picture at the lower right is a large two sided carport/breezeway added to help keep you dry during those nasty winter months and spring rains.
